CHICAGO, IL---January 28, 2008--- A partnership between Richter Studios and National Runaway Switchboard (NRS) has been established with the creation of a film presenting the NRS’s curriculum. The initial collaboration of the project featured Chicago celebrity Meteorologist Steve Baskerville from Channel 2 CBS. The entire production was shot in High-Definition at Richter Studios and at the Center on Halsted.
